  Lycheeガントチャートのメジャーバージョンが3.0にアップしました。
  パフォーマンス改善のため根本的にアーキテクチャを変え、
  表示領域外のチケットはスクロールした時に逐次表示していくよう改修しています。
  これにより以前のバージョンと比べて約3倍、初期表示時のパフォーマンスが向上しました。
  （※ チケット総数1,000件のケースにおいて）
  
  これまではチケットの件数に比例して、初期表示にかかる時間も増加していましたが、
  3.0ではチケットの件数がいくら増えても、一定時間でガントチャートが表示されるようになります。
