  ・先行チケットが完了になれば、後続チケットの担当者にタスクが始められる状態になったことが通知がされる機能を追加しました。
  
  Redmineでは、ひとつのタスクを複数の担当者が担当する場合、
  担当者を変更しながら着手していくケースが多いです。
  
  この運用では、担当者が変わることで別の担当者に通知が飛び、タスクに着手することができましたが、
  予定工数は全担当者分の合算となり、各担当者ごとの精緻な予実管理が難しい状況でした。
  
  今回の後続チケット担当者への通知機能が実装されることで、
  1つのタスクを各担当者毎に分割し、先行後続関係で結ぶことにより、
  ワークフローの面ではスムーズに後続担当者へとタスクの受け渡しが可能になり、
  予実管理の面では各担当者ごとの予実管理が可能になるため、
  今までよりも様々なチケット管理方法に対応できるようになりました。
