機能追加:

• 同じステータスで停滞している場合、その停滞日数をメーターとして見える化しました。
  これにより滞留しているタスクをひと目で確認できるようになりました。
  
  　- 対象となるチケットはバックログ画面、及びカンバン画面に表示されるすべてのチケットとなります。
  　- メーターの表示数は最大で10個(10営業日)となります。
  　- ステータスが変更されるとメーターがリセットされます。
  　- デフォルトステータスと終了ステータスは、メーターが表示されません。

• ・コメントパネル及び各パネルのコメント部分で文字修飾ができるようにしました。
  　文字を修飾することにより、見た目でわかりやすく説明することが可能になりました。
  
  ▼修飾内容
  　- 太字、斜体、下線、取り消し線
  　- 箇条書き、番号付きリスト
  　- 表を挿入
  　- インデント
  　- テキストの色（文字・背景）
  　- 画像の貼り付け（画像はドラッグアンドドロップで貼り付けることができるようになりました。）
  　 ※コメントを含めて上限は2.5MBまで

  ・プロジェクト数が少ない場合、全体レポート一覧を即時表示するようにしました。
  　
  　- プロジェクト件数が、200件以下であれば即時表示される。
  　- 200件以上の場合、「適用」をクリックすることで表示される。（従来どおり）
  
  ・プロジェクトのテキスト型カスタムフィールドにおいて、全体レポート画面でテキスト書式を適用できるようにしました。
  　これにより目立たせたい文言など、必要に応じて設定することが可能になりました。
